PRESENTATION INFORMATION

Length and content:

Company presentations will be approximately 20 minutes in length, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session and one-on-one investor and meetings. In preparing your presentation, please keep in mind that you are presenting to investors familiar with SPACs.

Please note:
If an investor requests a one-on-one meeting with your management team, please note that we will schedule these meetings 1.5 hours before your presentation and/or directly following your Q&A session.

Presentation slot:

The tentative conference schedule will be posted on our website as it is prepared. If you have an absolute conflict please let us know and we will try to accommodate. Please note that the schedule changes often, so please check it daily, once it becomes available online.

Webcasting:

Rodman & Renshaw is using Wall Street Webcasting (a division of The Wall Street Transcript) to provide the infrastructure for webcasting company presentations for this event. This optional service assists with satisfying Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations.
All companies will receive a dedicated link to their webcast for use in their marketing materials and websites. Webcast options are for AUDIO ONLY and AUDIO & SLIDES, (both available live and archived for 90 days).

If you have signed up to webcast your presentation, your power point slides will be included in the web cast, available live and archived for 90 days. Please select the "DO NOT" box on the Webcasting Form if you DO NOT wish your slides included in web cast.

Your Registration Includes:

• Up to 5 company delegates.
• The opportunity to deliver a presentation followed by a Q&A session and one-on-one meetings.

• Inclusion in the Conference Book (if company profile is submitted by September 26, 2008).
• Inclusion in pre-conference publicity and press releases.
• All meals, refreshments and hospitality services of the Conference.
• Hotel accommodations and travel expenses are not included.

CONFERENCE BOOK

The Conference Book will include detailed information on each company, speaker and presentation.

RECORDING

The entire conference will be recorded (audio only). By participating in the conference, you expressly grant to Rodman & Renshaw, LLC ("Rodman & Renshaw") the right to make audio recordings of any company speaker during the presentation. By participating you grant to Rodman & Renshaw the right to reproduce any such recordings, or data or written materials submitted for the Conference Book (specifically excluding presentation materials not submitted for the Conference Book), by use of any medium of reproduction. By participating in the Conference you understand and agree that all rights in and to any work produced by Rodman & Renshaw containing a reproduction of any of the content described above shall be the sole and absolute property of Rodman & Renshaw.
